Danni and Joel tied the knot at the beautiful venue Novotel Twin Waters Resort on the 10th December 2016! Danni and her bridesmaids got ready at one of the luxurious waterside huts, while Joel and his groomsmen got ready at one of the houses in the resort.
Danni’s bridesmaids wore gorgeous floor length convertible infinity dresses in watermelon pink, glamorous updos with braid details, and big luscious bouquets of pinks, yellows ad greens – perfect summer colours! Danni wore a stunning A-line gown with wide straps and a sweetheart neckline, her blonde hair up in a gorgeous upstyle with some delicate curls framing her face and a beautiful diamante tiara, also with a big fresh colourful bouquet of summer flowers!
Joel and his groomsmen wore dark navy trousers, white shirts and matching suspenders and bowties. Joel wore a single pink rose as a boutonniere to set him apart as the man of the hour. They also all wore matching brown leather shoes and their own individual superhero socks!
Danni was as relaxed as can be before the ceremony, and she had fun getting dolled up with her girls and getting some photos with her family. Joel was also fairly calm, but when the moment finally came to see his bride walk down the aisle, Danni was all he could focus on! They had a short and sweet ceremony with three lovely and funny readings from family members, and after the kiss Joel was left with bright pink lips after Danni’s lipstick rubbed off on him!
After the ceremony we were carted around the venue by the friendly and professional Twin Waters staff, and they took us from one gorgeous spot to another to get lots of wonderful photos of the bridal party. They had a lot of fun, which is what Danni and Joel wanted for their wedding; for everyone to have a good time!
The bride and groom arrived at the reception by boat with all their guests gathered to watch. They all surprised them with a shower of rose petals thrown as they made their way up the boat ramp and into the venue! At the reception Danni and Joel mingled with all their guests, food was served, speeches were made, and Danni’s mother made the amazingly impressive wedding cake for the occasion!
It was a truly spectacular wedding, and we wish Danni and Joel all the best for their future!
