Tamica inspires women on a daily basis in her job as a mental health coach, and the insight she has into the human psyche is absolutely astounding. She specialises in empowering mums in their way of thinking and helping them understand themselves. She gave myself and makeup artist Josleen a sneak peek into her process while she was having her makeup done, and it was a conversation I didn’t want to end.

Tamica was a natural beauty with beautiful blonde locks and freckled skin. She opted for a fairly natural makeup look and a soft waves in her hair, all done by the talented Josleen Makeup Professional. For her outfits, Tamica brought a range of colours and styles, which was fantastic to work with. She wore white, red, black and blue, bra sets, body suit, leather straps and robe, and her collection of outfits came from Honey Birdette and Bras N Things.
