Brooke and Sean are getting married in February 2017, and they wanted a relaxed fun engagement session to practice for the big day!
We went to the Secret Forest in Oxley, and on the walk from the car park to the forest we got to know each other a bit better and discussed their wedding which is taking place at Sirromet Winery in Mt Cotton. Brooke also took the opportunity to catch some Pokemon on the rural trail with the popular app Pokemon Go!
Brooke and Sean are a laidback and happy young couple, and on the day of the session they were celebrating their 1 year engagement anniversary! What a perfect way to mark the occasion! After the late afternoon session they had plans to enjoy a nice meal together.
Even though the location was a bit more overgrown than I remembered from earlier visits, we got some wonderful photos of the couple among the trees, Brooke even wore an appropriate forest green dress which worked perfectly with the location! We chose to do the session in the late afternoon, so we got the lovely colourful afternoon sun that creates such a romantic mood in photography!
Brooke and Sean were easy to work with and they spent the whole time laughing and having fun. We look forward to photographing their lovely wedding in a few months!
