Engagement Photography Brisbane

Elizabeth and Haydon wanted to announce their whirlwind engagement with some fresh photos of them together. Having been together for 6 years and both having most of their families overseas – Elizabeth is Canadian and Haydon’s family reside in New Zealand, – they wanted to make a big announcement on social media to cover all their bases (except for immediate family and best friends of course, who knew as soon as it happened)!

You may remember seeing photos of Elizabeth and Haydon last Christmas when they brought in their majestic poodle Pablo. Well, Pablo wasn’t invited to the engagement session because, and I quote: “he would steal the spotlight”, but we’ve been promised he will definitely be attending the wedding in December. We will of course be there with bells on to document Haydon and Elizabeth’s vows – and Pablo as the most adorable ring bearer!

At the start of their session Elizabeth and Haydon disclaimed that they’re “not very lovey dovey” and they didn’t know how they’d go at an engagement session. It turns out it was not a problem at all to get photos of them looking lovingly at each other, and their radiating smiles! E+H are such a fun couple, and though they appear quite different, they complement each other perfectly.
